Returns & Exchanges
TOTEME offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you to return items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that exchanges are not currently supported; instead, a new order should be placed for the desired size or style.
Initiate Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return label.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
